Spacious Condo on Sunday River Access Road

A terrific vacation spot, with Sunday River Ski Resort two miles from our door, great skiing and snowboarding, golf courses, Grafton Notch State Park, canoeing, hiking, restaurants, swimming, bicycling, sight seeing and photography opportunities. The condo is spacious with three bedrooms, 2 baths, 1750 sq. ft of living space. We have a living/dining room with cable TV and Foosball table. It sleeps 12 comfortably. No need to go out after a day of fun, we have a full modern kitchen with eat-at bar, or eat at the dining table. Washer & dryer included. It's a great place where some can choose to watch the big screen TV at night, while others gather at the dining table to talk or play games. Large deck out back for grilling, or sitting if the weather is right.

Our stay was perfect. Everybody had a comfortable place to sleep, and the condo was very clean. We enjoyed time playing games at the large table. It was very convenient to get back-and-forth to the Mountain would definitely stay again.

Perfect ski condo

The condo was much larger than the photos or listing gives it credit for. The space was very comfortable, the condo was about 5 minutes drive from South Ridge, and the kids had a blast with the foosball table. Patrick was very responsive and helpful when we had questions!

Family trip for Atv riding and bonding

Perfect condo for accessing Berlin and Gorham off roading trails and leaf peeping. Great for our older children and family bonding. Comfortable beds, great layout, perfect!

Great no-frills home near Sunday River resort

This was a great house to share with a couple of families. Close proximity to Sunday River, with Sunday River Brewing Co and a ski shop right next door. The home is not a glamorous, luxurious ski chalet, with granite counter tops and outdoor decks with mountain views, but it’s perfect if a couple of families need a clean place to stay while skiing. The house is well stocked with all you will need, all kitchen/cooking essentials, a Keurig, washer/dryer, table for 6 and kitchen bar for 4, family space to sit together, bedding for twelve across three bedrooms. All you need to bring is personal toiletries and food for cooking. Owner gave his cell phone for anything, and was very responsive to any questions. Great bang for the buck. Would definitely recommend.

Would recommend if your looking for a comfy place close to mountain.

Place was just as described - nothing fancy but had everything we needed. I would have loved a wood stove or gas fireplace to give it a bit more of a cozy feeling but wouldn’t stop me from renting again. Fit 8 comfortably and was only 5 minutes from mountain! Owner was very responsive. Would def rent again.

Two family ski house very close to Sunday River

Exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of five. Could have shared the house with another family. Great common space downstairs, esp for five people getting ready to ski in morning. Foosball was a big hit with kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Less than five mins to mountain. Very close to restaurants. Overall, a huge value-play for visitors seeking convenient location and plenty of space who don’t need frills.
