Villa Capó is a charming villa located near the peaceful town of Búger. It is an ideal choice for those who want to escape the main tourist areas and enjoy, in a small town in the interior of the island, the typical Mallorcan rural life. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room, very well decorated, equipped with a flat screen television and satellite. Next to the living room there is a small kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, as well as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric oven. A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete this floor. On the upper floor are the rest of the rooms, which consist of three more double bedrooms and a bathroom.All rooms have air conditioning (following energy saving and efficiency initiatives, they can only be used from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. - these times cannot be extended or changed). Outside we also find a complementary toilet and an area reserved for the washing machine. Next to the pool there is a nice covered terrace and a portable barbecue, ideal for those who want to enjoy meals outdoors.
