This fantastic property is located in a quiet residential area between Sa Pobla and Pollença. The house, very cozy and well equipped is very bright and spacious. As far as the exterior is concerned, it has a private pool, natural grass garden and several furnished terraces perfect to enjoy the wonderful climate of the island with total privacy.



The area where the accommodation is located is perfect for discovering the north coast of Mallorca, where the sandy beaches of Alcudia and Muro stand out, the charming town of Pollensa or the breathtaking views of Formentor. In addition, it is very close to the town of Sa Pobla, located just 5 minutes from there. This town is famous for its gastronomic tradition. In the center you can enjoy a wide range of cuisine, both traditional Mallorcan dishes and international cuisine. It is also well known for its International Jazz Festival, which is held every year during the month of August. But without a doubt the most important festivities of Sa Pobla are those of Sant Antoni. On January 16 and 17, the town honors its patron with bonfires, the dancing of the big heads or the demons. You can also try the specialty of Sa Pobla, the traditional spinagades. The center of the town is full of life both in summer and in winter.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in one bedroom and in the living room. In the other rooms you will find radiators and fans at your disposal.

- Sa Pobla has a garbage collection service. For this reason, upon departure it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
