The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.
Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.
We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first monthâs rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur.
