I had a private gathering with friends and family, and the location was nice, but I did not expect that playing music in the back yard (at an extremely reasonable volume) would upset the neighbors. I got a notification from the owner with threats to call the police etc. This made us very uncomfortable and we felt like we were doing something wrong when we were not. Simply existing with music for enjoyment. It was in no way a party. The dogs barking in the yard behind the house were way louder than the music was. I don’t think it’s an issue with the owner. I think it’s an issue with a disgruntled neighbor. It’s great if you plan to stay inside and be totally quiet. But if you want to actually use the back yard, and god forbid you play music, be ready for accusations and threats.

This was a great fit for our family Christmas celebration, this is our second time staying there. The high staircase was fun for our almost 2 year old grandson, and the lego toys in the spare room closet kept him entertained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishware. Clean kitchen, and nice to have a hotpot for boiling water. Thank you to the host for such a lovely experience.

DO NOT BOOK FOR AN EVENT!!! The host approved a small birthday party with the condition of a refundable deposit. Took 22 days to return the deposit and ignored several messages. They only gave about 1/3 back. Promised to give the rest back but has ignored my messages. I now have to take legal action for a deposit in the thousand range.The house was in great condition and folks loved it! Accommodations were comfortable and roomy but the host is NOT trustworthy. Be careful out there folks!

We had to find somewhere close to our daughter’s graduation venue. My daughter graduated with her Masters. We found this spot, it was perfect for our family. House was pretty much as described. If we are ever needing a place in this area, we will definitely look up this place again.

Perfect Family Gathering

Thanksgiving plus Bday Event

This house was the perfect size and very clean, close to shopping and just the right size to have a small Thanksgiving Holiday and my grandsons 1st Bday. I would recommend and will probably stay here next year.

Good location, average house

About 10-15 minutes from downtown Sacramento, the location was good. The house has a newly remodeled kitchen but everything else was kind of outdated. Most of the windows don't have screens, the ones that do have holes in them and we had a mosquitos problem inside because of that. The kitchen was not well equipped. The master bedroom has a double door that doesn't close properly and at night it kept slamming on itself waking everyone in the house. Overall, the house was clean enough but not very clean.

Nice Family Stay

We were in town visiting family and this place was perfect for my all ages crew. Lots of sleeping space for my large family. A beautiful kitchen and backyard for having our family over for dinner and games. I’d recommend it to anyone (though if you have a young mobile baby, I’d plan for baby gates on the stairs. My toddler didn’t have any problem, she just turned 2 but younger ones might need the barrier). Couches were comfortable and the beds as well. Lots of games for us to play and a stash of toys in an upstairs closet, always a fun surprise. Thanks for helping us have a good visit!
