Adorable Cottage in the Heart of Millcreek

Welcome to River Roo Cottage! In the heart of Millcreek, you will find yourself surrounded by the stunning Wasatch Mountains. Simple is beautiful in this adorable cottage, where you can rest and relax after a day of skiing, hiking, business meetings, sporting events, or out and about with friends and family.

Within walking distance, you will find restaurants, coffee shops, Millcreek commons, and popular local bars. River Roo is in a charming, hip neighborhood with abundant activities all around

THE SPACE

With six beds and two hangout out areas, there is plenty of room for adults and kids to have spaces of their own.

Heading up into the large loft area, there are twin bunks with arcade games, board games, books, children's toys, and a large size connect four game.

Taking the fun outside, there is a ping pong table, sitting chairs under the covered porch with string lights, along with a fire pit to roast marshmallows and keep cozy.

**There is a tenant in the basement.
They have their own separate entrance on the North side of the home and park in the street on the North side. You will most likely never see them.
**River Roo Cottage is an older home with quirks and kinks. It's cozy, unique and charming in its own way.

**Cars are only allowed in the driveway at all times. Can fit 3-4 cars. Please be mindful when pulling in and out of driveway, as there are kids in the neighborhood.
**No access to garage, owner uses it for storage.
**Very safe neighborhood and kid-friendly. Host is friends with neighbors on both sides— please be respectful and courteous during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will always enter through side door on the South side, where driveway is. There is a smart lock where guests will receive code on the check-in date.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Keep in mind it is an older house. It is not perfect but that is what makes it quirky and charming!
