What a gem! This house is fully stocked with everything you’d need. The kitchen pans are some of the nicest I’ve seen in a rental. And the remodel makes this house so beautiful. We loved our stay here 
 it’s close to the university and so convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Time!

The house was perfect for us and our 2 daughters, son's in-law and toddlers. We were in Salt Lake to visit our son, daughter-in-law and new grandaughter. We loved being able to gather and enjoy time together over meals and in the back yard sitting area. It was great to have the crib, high chair and blocks for the toddlers to play with. Easy access to the freeway to head to the farmer's market downtown as well as head into the canyon for hiking. Also enjoyed being in Mill Creek and Sugar House areas. Looking forward to a return visit!

Beautiful home perfect for a ski weekend!

This newly remodeled beautiful home was the perfect place to stay for me and my two teenage sons during our weekend of skiing in the Cottonwoods! Super comfortable beds, plenty of space to spread out, coffee maker to kick start each morning, and a washer / dryer to clean the boys’ laundry, and convenient location to the slopes and good food all helped make this an easy weekend! Thanks Drew and DeBran for sharing your beautiful home - great memories with my boys!

I stayed with family visiting from out of town to spend the weekend and share a pre-Thanksgiving get-together. The house was very clean, had great amenities like the back yard sitting area, and ample space for our group of 5 adults. The house has a clean modern polish mixed with comfortingly textured feel that made us consider skipping our plans to just spend time together at the house. The location was a very comfortable neighborhood and a great location for our visits to Tracy Aviary at Liberty Park and the Natural History Museum at University of Utah. Highly recommend Koyo Restaurant just a few blocks away. Host was very quick and helpful in providing information and responding to all communication.
