-This apartment is in a very pet friendly apartment community. It is very likely you will encounter other resident's pets during your stay. If bringing your own pet, please be sure that they can see or hear other pets without behaving poorly.
-This apartment is in a multi-floor apartment building. While the building is new and very well insulated. There is always the chance you may hear noise from other residents or guests during your stay.
-We require all guests to complete a guest verification form prior to being able to access the apartment. This includes uploading a government ID.
House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.
Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage
1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises.
3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.
Being a Good Neighbor
1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.
