Amazing Customer Service / Poor Cleanliness

We reserved two rooms for one night. Check in went well and customer service was exceptional. One room was in need of some updating - the vanity area was falling apart, nails sticking out of wall to give just a few examples. The other room was in good shape but I found hair on the pillows and blanket and sheet as well as in the bathtub faucet, wall and soap bottle. We checked in super late and by time we noticed we were too exhausted to say anything so luckily I brought my own comforter and used that with no pillow for the night! For the cost, both rooms should have been excellent. Also I immediately had an upset stomach after eating a few bites of eggs, potatoes and bacon from buffet. Finally, the restroom in main lobby had 2 stalls with dirty toilets.

Always remember to offer a cookie

I heard the front desk agent offer a cookie to the lady ahead of me when she was leaving the front desk & it reminded me the Hilton Double Tree has FANTASTIC cookies so I was excited! After my check in the front desk agent (who was very friendly and helpful) failed to offer any cookie. We had to ask after our dinner at the hotel bar.

The employees really make this an extraordinary place to stay. Every single one of them was super friendly and helpful. A small example of this is when I was asking where to find coffee and instead of pointing or telling me where to go an employee walked me to the coffee station and also pointed out the small café tucked away near the entrance. I also love that I can sign into my Netflix and Apple account.
