The room was dirty in the bathroom. There was a worm in the shower. The shower curtains had blood on it. The bed had hair on it and stains. A sock on the lamp on the sink in the bathroom. It looked like somebody has shaved, and they didn’t clean it……

Room was clean but lack of convenient electrical outlets was definitely problematic. Staff was helpful, when available. Checkout was a bit complicated as it was not posted that the key could be left in the room and no one was on duty in the early am when we left.

Clean room, water in the shower made a real loud noise thru the whole shower. Our key didn't work and it was raining hard and wet had to go up and down the stairs to get new keys. Other then that it was good

I reserved and paid for a deluxe suite. Clerk gave me 250 sq ft room and refused to upgrade me because Hotels.com didn't charge me enough. Hotels.com staff couldn't get her to give me the bigger room. Only seven cars in the parking lot, so the place was empty. I had called the manager before making the reservation to ask why the room was so cheap. He just said Hotels.com controlled the pricing. He said nothong aboput not giving me the room I booked. I will never stay at this hotel again. Bunch of dishonest a holes.
