"From the moment we entered we were welcomed and received with a much needed cool drink. At check in Elise Sofia gave us an orientation to the city and provided lots of restaurant recommendations. There is cold water with ice and sliced oranges available in the lobby at all times. Having a stocked fridge in the room and free snacks was a total differentiator that was so appreciated by us. The room was comfortable and ac worked very well. "
