The staff was friendly, air condition worked great but bathroom lacked ventilation. You could open the windows but windows had no screens and mosquitos could get in. Had some kind of nats/mosquitos in the bathroom. Continental Breakfast could improve, very poor.

The room was fine, but not enough light, dark room, the TV topped working 2 times, and very few channels The balcony/patio needs some attention. The building was not impressive, the lobby area looks more like a restaurant, and you had to go thru a locked door to get to the rooms. The breakfast was a joke, very poor poor quality just cheap cereal and barely any milk, and slices of cheap bread, and coffe. The worse selection of food (if you could call it food) that I have seen at a hotel. What it bothered me the most is they charged us for a food stain we left on the sheet that can come off after washing the sheets (pastry stain), there was no table we could eat on it. Very few parking spaces. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, it was such a disappointment

Parking is not easy, valet call you at anytime to move your car. The water for the shower is cold and the set up they have is not good all the water falls outside of shower, they have no curtains.

No running water for the room. Apparently, there was a problem with the water pump the night before and the water was shut off for all rooms. No WATER!!! To wash your face, take a shower, or even use the toilet. Contacted staff and they were not helpful at all, I was not even offered a bottle of water to even offer to brush your teeth Bad experience and I would not recommend. I am glad it was only a one night stay.
