Blind Pass G105 - 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom. Sleeps 10!

The unit is the largest unit in Blind Pass with 2475 sq.ft. of living space including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate living areas and a large screened porch. We purchased the unit in March of 2015 and have completely renovated the unit including all new floors, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new furniture, dishes and bedding. The unit is decorated in a bright beachy style with a combination of white washed cedar and solid coral walls, casual furnishings and all the amenities that you would want in a Beach house. Each of the bedrooms, the den and the living area all have flat screen wall mounted TV's. The TV in the living area is 54 inches. The large screened in porch has a dining table to accommodate 8 for dinner or game time. There's lights and a fan on the porch so its great in the evening as well. Our building is the closest to the path to the Bowman's Beach which was named one of the 10 best beaches in the world by US News Travel in 2013. To get to the beach you walk 0.2 mile down a dirt path and over a wooden footbridge over the bayou. For your beach days the unit is equipped with 8 beach chairs, a cooler on wheels, a large rolling cart and plenty of beach toys. Make sure you take and extra container to collect shells as the shelling is some of the best on Sanibel.

There are 108 condos at Blind Pass and the complex has a large swimming pool complete with lounge chairs, 2 tennis courts and 5 gas grills for your use.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo in Sanibel and would consider coming back in the future. Pros: spacious condo, plenty of amenities including access to beach equipment, well-appropriated kitchen, close to beach and pool, clean, no pests noted. Cons: 4th "bedroom" was not conducive to an adult couple due to size and need to pass through to get to master bedroom with bathroom. Needed a thorough cleaning-furniture, floor coverings, drapes were dirty. My recommendation would be that this unit is suited for no more than 3 adult couples and small children.

G105 at Hidden Pass

Great place to stay. We loved the accommodations. There were a few things that require attention the Owner may not be aware, however they were minor. The sand toys, umbrella, chairs, noodles, etc were quite extensive. The distance to the beach is a very long walk. Further than what’s described in the listing.

Easy and relaxing for multigenerational family

We travel with my parents and my father-in-law, and our two kids. The space was perfect to spread out and we each had our own room. The pool was warm, the beds were comfortable, and the scenery fantastic. The one piece of info I would add for families booking is that you have to walk through the den to get to the mater bedroom and bathroom. Our kids slept in the den in the beds in there so that poses some challenges as far as keeping quiet so they could sleep while also staying up to enjoy a late walk or chat with my parents. I guess that is why they list it as a den and not a bedroom but it would have been helpful to know before hand as we had, before the trip,, assigned the master bedroom to my parents. My husband and I wanted the room with the two double beds due to snoring and sleep issues. We were able to work it out but would have been helpful to understand before we assigned rooms. We had a very relaxing vacation with lots of outdoor time and a comfortable and very spacious home base. It can be challenging to please three generations traveling together but this place fit the bill.

Condo property amenities are very nice! Tennis and pickle ball, courts very well maintained. Private bridge and path to beach. Condo decor was perfect Beach feel and upholstered furnishings seemed newer and very clean. Kitchen was well provisioned save no cutting boards. There were 4 sleeping areas
however the small trundle room/den off the master has no access to a bath except thru a louvered door to the master. Master bath is enormous and very well done but has a louvered door to the entrance of the room and also on the water closet
this makes an awkward situation if you have an adult staying in the den. We had a problem with a toilet and shower and they were repaired within a few hours of notifying the management company.

Luxurious and spacious

This huge condo was everything we wanted in our vacation home. It easily accommodated 6 adults - offering lovely spaces for gathering as a group or private spots to relax. Kitchen (and condo in general) were extremely well equipped to meet our every need. First time at Blind Pass - we'll be back!

Great condo, ideal location

This was our second time staying in this unit. Perfect location close to the beach, tennis courts, pickle ball, kayaking, pool, easy bike ride to Ding Darling and walks/shelling on the beach. Beautiful condo, huge screened porch, everything you’d need in the kitchen. We are already booked again for next year.

Beautiful property. Many details attended to. Everything we needed. Longer walk to the beach than I thought, but not bad. It ended up being a fun adventure! Issue with property management. Dryer stopped working. Had to call multiple times. Said they came to repair but dryer still was not working. Poor communication. The gentleman in the office was quite difficult to work with-sarcastic/ cynical. Our unit used outside company, NOT on-site office. I felt like I needed to mention the above issue but must end by saying we had a wonderful time. Thank you for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. Sanibel is one of our favorite places!

Family Vacation 2021

This property is amazing, high above expectation, it was so beautiful and comfortable that it was a joy just to be inside.
