REOPENED AND READY FOR YOUR SANIBEL VACATION! Everything you need in this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on beautiful Sanibel Island, Breakers West Unit B-4. Private screened and covered patio with view of tropical garden. Just steps to the pool or to the world famous Sanibel beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

World-class shelling in Sanibel beach, amazing sunsets; drive, bike or walk only 2 miles to Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge; golf, tennis, fishing, kayaking and shopping nearby. Paved paths encircle the island for biking, running, walking. Low-key, relaxed island atmosphere.

The condo is located on the second floor, and the outdoor hallway leading to it is covered.

Condo has view of tropical garden and pool from its private screened patio. Relax in privacy on your patio and then stroll to the beach or pool. The Gulf beach is only 150 yards away, the pool is in the garden area immediately adjacent to the building.

Watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo's West Gulf Drive location allows year-round sunset views that are not available at some east-end locations on Sanibel due to the shape of the island.

Full size, fully equipped kitchen, with full size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a queen size, fold-out sofa.

Private screened-in, covered patio includes table and chairs to allow you to relax and enjoy the tropical garden view.

Laundry room with clothes washer and dryer within unit.

Starter amounts of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish detergent, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper are provided - longer stays might necessitate guests to purchase additional quantity (multiple stores are nearby). Our coffee maker is a drip type, Mr. Coffee style.

Great property, everything was very clean and the room had beach chairs / pool noodles / boogie boards. The beach is very quiet, and there were plenty of shells all of the beach. Make sure to bring bug spray if you visit Sanibel / Captiva. The listing did state that there was a playground on the property, but there was no playground. There is a playground on the island that's about a 5 -10 minute drive away.

Everything was great! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we might have needed. The host had great communication too!We were looking for a relaxing beach vacation with great shell hunting; we lucked out and found the perfect place. The beach was great for shells - we went to several other beaches during our stay, but the beach right here was by far the best. Added bonus was watching dolphins swim right by! The unit is on the second floor but there is an elevator so lugging suitcases up wasn't an issue. I really can't think of anything that could be improved on!

We came from St. Louis
3 adult siblings, this unit was perfect! Very clean, and easy door entry with code. It had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Beach towel cooler to take to beach beach chairs. The screened porch was great and full kitchen made it easy to stay in if you wanted. Washer and dryer are very handy, all seating was comfortable.Beach location was ideal, most days we had it to ourselves and the shelling is fabulous. We choose to bike to breakfast everyday which was easy as everything is close. The complex felt safe and in general was well taken care of, also there is a pool. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time on Sanibel Island. The condo is now beach front with a short walk down the boardwalk. Pool is small but heated nicely. Plenty of beach gear, coolers, floats, chairs. Kitchen well equipped for basic needs. Would recommend and stay again!

Delightful in Every Respect

The condo at Breakers West is great in every respect! The large interior was immaculate with comfortable attractive furnishings. We were impressed with the variety of beach gear provided; chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a sun umbrella and shell-collecting tools. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location Is right on a beautiful uncrowned beach. Sanibel is back! Visit soon!

Condo comfortable, clean, near the elevator. Short walk to beach and great shelling. Short drives to all amenities on the island. Only downside was cold weather and rain. First and last days were sunny and cool, others wet and cold

The property was all that it was advertised to be. Very comfortable and easy access to the beach. The VRBO host was exceptional and very responsive. We appreciated his attention to us before and during our stay. Great place to stay.

Schön trotz Tropensturm

Unser Aufenthalt wurde von den AuslĂ€ufern des Hurricane Debby etwas ĂŒberschattet, woran der Vermieter, Dennis, selbstverstĂ€ndlich nichts Ă€ndern konnte. Die Unterkunft hatte direkten Strandzugang, Meerblick, und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar StrandhandtĂŒcher und weiteres Strandequipment waren vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Waschmaschine war kaputt, was unsere Reiseplanung etwas durcheinandergebracht hat. Wir wurden aber darĂŒber informiert und es wurde versucht, sie zu reparieren. Das Wetter besserte sich am Tag unserer Abreise, woraufhin wir als Goody den Tag dort noch vollstĂ€ndig verbringen durften. Das war wohl nicht ganz so einfach zu organisieren und wir fanden es sehr nett von Dennis. Trotz dieser Widrigkeiten ist die Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert, vielleicht lieber ohne Hurricane

Sanibel at its finest!

This was our 5th visit to Sanibel, and this property is our new favorite. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and full of all the extras you need for the beach, pool, and condo. Beautiful pool, 30 seconds from the beach, and a short drive to all our favorite restaurants and shops. Communication from the property owner was next level
 they bent over backwards to make sure we had the best stay. Can’t wait to book our next visit!
