Loggerhead Cay #324 - Remodeled, Beach Condo, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Loggerhead Cay 324 is a fourth floor newly remodeled vacation rental on Sanibel Island. A beach paradise! Take the elevator to the top floor of this spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beach condominium at Loggerhead Cay. This condo is meticulously maintained, updated and is loaded with extras and has the convenience of easy access to everything.

This beautiful condo sleeps 6 and was recently refurbished throughout. It has a new king-sized bed and mattress in the master suite, a new queen-size bed and mattress and a twin bed with pull-out trundle in the guest room. For additional seating and enjoyment, there is a screened-in 4 season lanai with floor-to-ceiling, glass sliding doors. The condo has a new (2021) 55-inch 4K Smart TV with high-speed internet, plus a TV in each bedroom. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The condo also offers a contact-free check-in option, by using our recently upgraded keyless entry system.

Loggerhead Cay resort is located on the desirable east end of the Island, directly on the sandy beaches of Sanibel Island-ideal for long beach walks and shelling! The resort common areas feature 2 tennis/pickle ball courts, a large heated pool, shuffleboard, outdoor grilling, and more. And for those who like the outdoors and exploring the island, Loggerhead Cay has easy access to bike and walking paths, the causeway, the fishing pier, historic Lighthouse Park, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and much more. There are also a wide variety of restaurants located nearby on the island, along with grocery stores and unique boutique shops.

Please note that this condominium requires a 7-night minimum stay, and accepts SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY. Should you need odd day bookings please call Select Vacation Properties directly. The unit was beautiful. I loved the new addition of the vanity in the Master Bedroom. The Keurig machine worked great and I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the lanai. The unit is also stocked with a beached wagon, chairs, towels and beach noodles/toys. This is our second stay at this unit! 10/10

Palmetto bugs in the kitchen was pretty nasty crawling on silverware and dishes. We had no tv in any room the whole stay. The condo was nice enough not far to beach. Had no communication with any property management which was ok but would have been nice for courtesy call.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location on the island. The condo was clean and nicely decorated! Access to the beach is very easy as well. Sleeps five easily but can be stretched to six if needed. I always appreciate having laundry in the condo

Great stay!

Clean, comfortable and great location. It was everything the website said it was. Only sorry I didn’t looking the 2nd bedroom closet until the 2nd to the last day. It contained beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys AND a wagon to haul everything. Highly recommend.

The condo is large and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is close to the beach, so it is easy going out after dark to collect shells at low tide (for those of us who are crazy enough to do that). For those of you who want to sit on the beach in the sun, the condo has chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. for you to use. The pool is great and a good size, plus the condo has some pool toys you can use. The condo also has tennis rackets and balls to use on the courts. Overall, you can’t go wrong renting this condo - just don’t take the week I want next year!😄

The area has so MANY great restaurants. We dined like royalty. We were confused at first to find out that unit 324 was on the 4th floor but once we found that out all was well. Due to late arrival because of flight problems it was dark and we were not familar with the area. New beach chairs are definitely needed.

We flew this year instead of driving so we weren't able to pack coolers, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. But that was ok because this condo has all of that and more. It's clean, cozy, short walk to beach without crossing any streets. It also has WiFi which the owner had just upgraded and 5 people on it at the same time and no one ever got kicked off. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner is very easy to work with.

We brought a cooler and beach toys for beach and did not need them. The owner literally has tthought of everything. We had an initial problem with Wi-Fi and a broken bed. Owner was quick to text me and resolve the problems that were both out of her control. Condo is at the rear, there is not a view of the ocean but it's a quick walk down a brick path in a beautiful courtyard-which worked. Even as we stayed through a busy holiday the property was quite and peaceful. Overall a great place to stay. Condo was modern and decorated beautifully!

Reviewer Comments: Sanibel Beach Condo Loggerhead Cay #324 was clean, convenient to the pool, beach and parking even though it is in the back of the courtyard. Unit was nicely updated and filled with owners belongings to cover any needs you may have. We enjoyed the use of beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart to get items to beach easily. The walk to the beach was 200 yards down a nice path. Pool was clean and heated. One negative was the presence of beach decorations in the unit to the point that there was little surface space for our items. This was easily remedied by moving some items to storage shelves. The lanai view appears much further away than the view in the photograph but is similar. Our only complaint was that the unit did not have screens in the windows so we could not enjoy the cool ocean breezes and fresh air during our wonderful 70 degree weather. The lanai screens offered some relief, but the guest room and kitchen windows screens were missing and it was hard to get air to circulate. If screens were added we would return to this well appointed condo.

After a long 20 hour drive and arriving at midnight in the pouring down rain we were so pleased when we arrived and opened the door! The condo was beautiful, clean, and the beds were comfortable! When we woke up in the morning and could see the complex in the daylight, they were beautiful as well! The kitchen was well stocked which was great because we would prepare 2 meals in the condo and eat out once a day! We loved having the beach so close to us and not having to cross any roads to get there. We would get up and watch the sun rise while walking the beach and shelling. It was gorgeous and so relaxing. Every evening we took the kids to get ice cream. The Love Boat was our favorite. The last night we were there we went for a walk on the beach and some dolphins put on quite a show very close to the shoreline. It was spectacular! It was a wonderful vacation! We are still smiling about it!

It was very clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with almost anything we could have needed. Having bikes available for us was a great bonus! Jennifer, the condo owner, was wonderful to deal with. She was very helpful and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront spot for lunch 2 doors down the beach. John n ding darling wildlife refuge excellent spot to see wildlife in its natural habitat. Take the guided tram tour. Great Vacation at Loggerhead Cay #324

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our two daughters (aged 20 and 22) had a wonderful stay at Loggerhead. The condo was very clean, with very comfortable beds, and was stocked with pretty much everything we needed for a great stay. It was really nice to have beach towels provided and we liked that there was carpet over the tile floors. It is a very cosy feeling condo. We were looking for a restful vacation and that is just what we got. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach (only a few short minutes) and we made sure to use the stairs (not the elevator) everytime we came and went. We needed to wear off the extra pounds from the delicious meals at Jerry's, Cantina Captiva, Island Cow, Doc Ford and Island Pizza. We will definitely book this condo again if we return to Sanibel Island in the future.
