Picture yourself relaxing with a cool tropical drink from the screened lanai of one of only six 4th floor condos on Sanibel with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and pool area!! You're on island time now and you'll enjoy this comfortable, beachy themed condo only steps from the beach and pool. Gather shells, try some kayaking through the mangroves, shop and dine out. It's your vacation....enjoy! Only 25 minutes from Captiva and 6 minutes from the causeway!
Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds, plus there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceramic tile flooring in both bedrooms and an additional screened lanai off the master bedroom. New ceramic tile has recently been installed in the very spacious Living Room screened Lanai and Master Bedroom screened lanai (Both with gulf views). Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two screened lanais, a rarity at Sanibel Siesta with brand new Impacted Rated Version slider doors with gray turtle tint having recently been installed. Amenities include central air, WiFi, 3 flat-screen satellite TVs, one DVD/VCR, heated swimming pool, bicycles, assigned parking, gas grills and laundry facilities available. On arrival your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Each condominium is provided with beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and a restaurant. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Each condo is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between guests. All linens and towels are washed and sanitized. Non-smoking. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. Spacious!
Good-sized LR DR screened lanai gave everyone space. Quick walkable beach access, bikes, location were awesome. I would stay here again.

Elevator not working
The rental was nice, but had no working elevator to the 4th floor. Should have been notified when renting. Thank goodness we didn’t have a handicapped person with us.

Great spot!
Loved this condo - super bright and clean, nice screened in porch for morning coffee. Easy access to the beach and the whole property is lovely - thanks for a great stay!

Clean but sparse
The furniture was tired, but the condo was very clean. The pool was small and had few hours, tons of kids. Pretty beach. For the cost in off season it could have provided a budget beach towel for guest instead of renting you one.
