Inside, you’ll find a light and airy coastal vibe complemented by modern furnishings and a cozy wood-burning fireplace — ideal for quiet evenings after a day on the beach. The split floor plan offers privacy for guests, featuring a primary suite with a king bed and two guest bedrooms each furnished with queen beds. Large windows fill the home with natural light and serene views of the surrounding mangroves and wetlands.



The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with three stools, and a dining area that seats six — all surrounded by windows that bring the outdoors in. Step outside to the expansive screened lanai, where you can grill, dine, or unwind while overlooking the peaceful wildlife refuge.



This home is perfectly situated between two public beach accesses (just 2–3 miles away) and close to the Sanibel Island bike path, making it easy to explore the island’s 25 miles of scenic trails. Guests can take advantage of the home’s complimentary 4 bikes, 6 beach chairs, beach wagon, 2 kayaks, and 5 life vests for effortless days of coastal adventure. With ample parking, a manicured yard, and a quiet residential setting on the south end of the island, this home also offers convenient access to Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach and downtown Fort Myers.
