The house has 7 floors of which 6 floors are assigned to the apartments. This awesome
Luxuriously furnished apartment that leaves nothing to be desired is located on the 6 floor ..... On about 65 square meters
There are two separate double bedrooms, an open living / dining area and a shower room. The balcony has a size of about 10 square meters

the property was located in a beautiful ocean view setting. some things i wish the property owner had provided was more towels and bedding. it was not enough blankets or towels. also it would have been nice to supply some sample shampoos and bath gel or conditioners. i brought my own but it would be good to provide some as extra care for your guests. overall it was nice accommodations.

Great place!

The apartment is unbelievable well located. The view from the balcony is awesome, you cannot believe it the first time you see it. Place was super clean and have a lot of useful appliances. There is a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, and the beach is great! Highly recommend to stay here! Definitely my next time to Mallorca will stay here.

Amazing Views

This apartment does not disappoint. It is very well presented, clean & was as described with modern furnishings, a great shower, & a very modern air conditioning system. All as described but the balcony views are the best part. I was unsure whether the pictures were true to form until we arrived - I would consider this apartment to be the best in the block. Positioned on a corner plot - you get spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. You can see the beach for miles & there is no noise to disturb the sound of the waves - only when the hotel opposite had their ‘entertainment’ - but this was not all the time. You are literally a walk across the road from being on the beach. The only reason for the lack of full marks was the host - I will politely put that we had a ‘miscommunication’ and am going to put positively down as a language barrier! Until you book this accommodation, there is no suggestion of a 100 euro fee for cleaning. Normally this is included in the price but visible as part of the booking. Nowhere did it state that we needed to pay this fee on arrival (I have checked over & over). The first morning I received a barrage of missed calls & voicemails asking where the money was & was made to feel as though we were avoiding paying this. I could understand had we already left the property but we had only just arrived & I was being hounded. Not the best start to the holiday - advice to the host - you must make this clear to your guests to avoid confusion!

Great apartment in prime location

The apartment was as pictured. The best part is the balcony and views overlooking the promenade and beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and communication with the host was great. I would stay here again. Parking was also super easy. We loved the stay!

Nice cute apartment in Cala millor

Stayed here for 4 days with my family of 4. Overall a nice place to stay. Clean. Nice view. All amenities worked great. Comfy beds. Every effort was made to make us as comfortable as possible. Would I stay here again?...yes.

Great apartment for long-term renters

Stayed 2 months over winter. Stunning apartment with all the mod cons and great view. Local facilities were mostly closed down for the off-season, but several restaurants and bars within walking distance were still open on reduced hours.

Super Meerblick, sehr gute Betten, gute Größe.Sonne auf Balkon erst ab Mitte April. Laminatboden im Wohnzimmer sollte ausgetauscht Werden. Elektrik nicht stabil, FI hat 2x ausgelöst!Lichtschaltungen sind unlogische Sparschaltungen.Sehr hellhörig, von Terrasse und Wohnung oberhalb (7. Flur) .möbelrücken und palaber bis morgens um 4.

Grossbaustelle vor dem Appartement

Leider hat man uns von Seiten Vermietung nicht vorinformiert, dass vis á vis ein Hotel total renoviert wird. Der baulärm hat uns veranlasst, das Arrangement kurzfristig und in Absprache des Eigentümers zu stornieren. Wir hätten im Vorfeld eine Info gewünscht Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Die Wohnung ist in einer top Lage leider ist die Einrichtung sehr billig Sofa und Betten sind sehr unbequem.ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.würden es aber nicht nochmals nehmen

Apartamento muy bien localizado frente al mar. Todo lo necesario para estar comodamente. Por poner algun comentario negativo los 90 euros extras que te cobran por la limpieza, y que no se refleja en el estado del apartamento con algunas estancias y lamparas con bastante polvo.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Wir haben zu dritt 3 Wochen in dieser traumhaften Wohnung verbracht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, alles war sehr sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und der Blick vom Wohnzimmer und vom Balkon ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Wie auf den Fotos. Morgens mit Käffchen auf dem eigenen Balkon den Sonnenaufgang anschauen…toll!!! Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen, in ca. 500m sind zwei sehr große Supermärkte, im Ort ist alles an Restaurants und Geschäften, was man braucht und unten im Haus sind ein paar kleine Supermärkte, die auch alles haben. Falls man doch ein Auto hat…in der Straße waren sogar im Juli immer freie Parkplätze. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, die Betten sind sehr gut (sogar mit Meerblick), das Sofa gemütlich, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Danke an Thomas für die gute Betreuung, wir hatten den perfekten Traumurlaub!!

Super Wohnung mit sehr schönen Ausblick

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und beinhaltet alles was man zur Erholung benötigt. Der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein, auch wenn das Wetter diesmal nicht mitgespielt hat.Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen,wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
