Villa fonctionnelle et très bien située

La villa est très bien équipée et idéalement située à Sa' Coma. La plage la plus proche est parfaite pour les enfants. L'accueil a été très bien et les attentions du propriétaire appréciées. Sinon, le seul point compliqué c'est la sécurité pour les plus petits à l'extérieur (marche un peu haute pour accéder au jardin un peu dangereux pour les petits). Sinon la piscine était propre et le jardin parfait il a été tondu et la piscine nettoyé en cours de séjour. Seule remarque nous aurions pû organiser notre journée à la plage si nous avions sû début de séjour quand le nettoyage et la tonte avait lieu (samedi après-midi: malheureusement la plus belle journée où nous aurions bien profiter de la piscine). Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, le temps était super, les plages parfaites un vrai plaisir. Nous conseillons cette location à tous.

Rosas 28 Villa

To confirm that everything was very smooth, from questions answered, booking in, arrival etc. However i feel that something that should be highlighted is the fact this villa has no air conditioning. Although this is not added to essentials supplied we were very surprised to find this villa doesn't have any. It states on the pack we read upon arrival to turn off air conditioning, this maybe generic across all villas you have I'm sure. Compounded by the fact it was between 23 degrees at night up to 32 degrees during the day it really is the main negative about this villa which is a shame because everything else was pretty much very good.

Schönes Inserat, verschwiegene Baustelle und katastrophaler Service der Agentur

Leider haben wir gemischte Gefühle bezüglich des Aufenthalts. Vorab möchte ich sagen, dass das Objekt an sich hält was es verspricht und man nichts beanstanden kann. Leider geht aus der Beschreibung die Baustelle direkt nebenan nicht hervor. Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen und bis auf die Wochenenden mit ständigen Lärm zu kämpfen (Bagger, Betonmischer, LKWs etc.). Was mich auch direkt zum Service der Agentur führt. Die Kommunikation vorab war reibungslos und zuvorkommend. Dies änderte sich allerdings vor Ort. Es wurde, wenn überhaupt geantwortet wurde, nicht auf alle Anliegen eingegangen. Ich hatte vorab drei mal nach einem Babybett und Hochstuhl gefragt, welche wir beim Check-in leider nicht vorfinden konnten. Bei unserer Anmerkung bezüglich der Baustelle gab es anfangs kaum Verständnis. Man dürfe in Mallorca bauen und eine Baugenehmigung liege vor. Das Problem über die fehlende Vorab-Information wollte keiner so recht verstehen bzw. einsehen. Statt zwei Wochen Entspannung haben wir uns also eher über das fehlende Interesse der Agentur und den Lärm geärgert. Noch einmal würden wir deshalb nicht buchen. Ich möchte noch mal anmerken, dass diese Bewertung der Agentur und der nicht transparenten Beschreibung gilt, nicht dem Vermieter! Wir sind aktuell in der Klärung bezüglich einer Minderung des Reisepreises, da dieser absolut nicht dem Zustand entsprach. Bislang haben wir nur die Information bekommen, dass man mit dem Vermieter in der Klärung sei. Aber die Handtücher angeblich so verschmutzt waren, dass man dies noch ausgleichen müsste und auf anderen Wege brauchen wir es erst gar nicht versuchen. Wir hätten uns alles in allem mehr Entgegenkommen und Verständnis gewünscht. Bei entsprechendem Ausgleich bin ich bereit diese Bewertung zu erweitern.

Gerne weiterzuempfehlen

Wir haben einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt und würden das Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auch wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation war super und herzlich. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern einen tollen Aufenthalt gehabt. Trotz das es nicht mit gebucht war stellte uns die Vermieterin ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl parat. Auch auf die Anfrage ob wir schon um 12 Uhr ins Haus könnten anstatt um 16 Uhr, wurde dies ohne Probleme genehmigt.

Lovely villa

We arrived before official checking in time and found 2 people cleaning the villa . We were allowed to leave our suitcases inside and on returning a couple hours later still before check in we were allowed to stay and use the swimming pool. The ladies cleaning soon finished and we then found out 1 of them was the owner Marie a lovely lady who was very helpful. .The bottle of wine she left for us was gratefully appreciated. The villa is lovely and about a 15 minute walk to the beach if you go the back way down the footpaths. The pool was cleaned 3 times while we were there so always sparking clean. The supermarket is about 10 minutes away and there are quite a few restaurants down the same road.. We had a wonderful time there the only criticism is it does need air con otherwise it's perfect.

Great Villa

Great villa in Sa Coma lovely pool area with big living areas and lots of space for families and large groups. Villa is a nice ten minute walk from the beach and resort front. From check in to check out the owners were excelllent plenty of information and contact. Would highly recommend for somebody after a relexing getaway.

Mallorca im November - nie wieder

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht, weil das von uns gebuchte Haus leider durch die starken Regenfälle nicht bewohnbar war. So mussten wir uns ganz kurzfristig ein Häuschen suchen. Leider achteten wir nicht darauf, ob das Haus eine Heizungsanlage hat - hatte es nämlich nicht... Tja, so erreichten wir nach einem anstrengenden Anreisetag das Häuschen und es kam uns zu allererst der stickige Geruch entgegen, der entsteht, wenn eine Immobilie länger nicht bewohnt war. Die Räumlichkeiten waren schön - aber es roch (stank). Und, was noch viel schlimmer war, wir kamen im Regen/Sturm an und stellten fest, dass das ganze Haus total zugig war - und keine Heizung vorhanden. Wir riefen den Besitzer an, doch er verstand leider kein deutsch. So folgte Meldung an Ideal Property Mallorca und von dort aus wurde der Besitzer dann informiert... Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir gegen 21 Uhr Heizungen und Decken erhalten würden. Wir warteten, waren vollkommen durchgefroren und... gegen 22 Uhr erschien der Besitzer des Hauses mit einem Gasofen und einer Elektroheizung. Tja, so wurde es dann in der einen Woche doch noch schön warm. Wir kauften uns auch Brennholz (6,50 € für 2 Abende) und genossen den Aufenthalt so gut es ging. Die Aussenanlage konnten wir gar nicht nutzen, zuerst war es zu kalt, und dann, endlich ein warmer Tag, an dem wir sogar hätten draussen frühstücken könnten.... tja, hätten... Es wurde auf der Baustelle neben (ca. 5 Meter vom Haus entfernt) mit lautesten Gerätschaften gearbeitet. Somit fiel unser Aufenthalt im Gartenbereich vollkommen aus. Das war sehr schade. Wir teilten dieses Ideal Property Mallorca mit, doch als Antwort kam nur: Dass die Bauarbeiten lange still gelegen hätten und der Besitzer nichts davon wußte, dass diese nun wieder angefangen hätten. Es wurde ihm wohl zugesichert, dass es keinen Baumlärm mehr geben würde.... Tja, und auf seine Nachfrage hin wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass "nur heute" Baulärm entstehen würde.... Also, Fazit - nie wieder...

Das Haus war soweit in Ordnung. Das Mobiliar könnte mal ersetzt werden, es ist veraltet und die Sessel teilweise durchgesessen. Ich denke, die Bezeichnung "morbider Charme" trifft es ungefähr. Dennoch war unter dem Strich alles ok. Der Pool war sehr sauber und während unseres Aufenthalts kam zweimal jemand zum Reinigen und prüfen. Richtig blöd war allerdings eine Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück, wo es RICHTIG laut war. Mir ist klar, dass sich sowas nicht vermeiden und sicher auch nicht beeinflussen lässt - aber dann den normalen Preis zu verlangen, ist nicht in Ordnung.

Angenehme Finca mit viel Grundstück

Für unsere zwei (kleinen) Hunde war es herrlich auf dem riesigen Grundstück sich zusätzlich auszutoben. Einrichtung ist in Ordnung und Platz ist genug. Kleiner Begeschmack sind die (meisten) Betten. Sie knarren und knarzen beim drehen im Schlaf extrem. Auch fanden wir es nicht so toll, das Salzwasser aus der Leitung kommt, was aber maximal beim duschen und waschen stört. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist schon auch befahren und nicht wie gedacht etwas ruhiger, aber alles noch im Maß (Oktober). Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste. Auch von hier nochmal vielen Dank :-) wir kommen gerne wieder! PS: Anfahrt ist ohne Adresse etwas schwierig (vor allem im Halbdunkeln). Kommend von Campos, kurz vor Kilometerstein 11 rechts abbiegen und dann ist es die erste Finca auf der linken Seite (nicht wie auf dem Lageplan von Fe-Wo rechts)!

Schöne Finca, toll gelegen

Wir waren im Juni in der Finca von Maria und Toni. Wirklich nette Inhaber und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Beispielsweise war im Garten ein Bienennest auf das wir hingewiesen haben, Toni hat sich direkt drum gekümmert dieses von einem Imker umzusiedeln. Die Finca ist in einem guten Zustand, die Badezimmer könnten mal einen neuen Anstrich bzw. Duschvorhang gebrauchen. Es sind letztendlich 4 Schlafzimmer für 7 Personen vorhanden. Wunderbarer Garten mit schönem Pool. Der Weg zum Strand ist schon eine ganze Ecke, ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Leider hatten wir auch im Juni auf dem Nachbar-Grundstück eine Baustelle, die auch nicht nach Fertigstellung in den nächsten Tagen aussah. Aber auch hier waren Toni und Maria hilfsbereit und die Agentur stand uns zur Seite und war stets erreichbar und bemüht sich um das Anliegen zu kümmern. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub mit etwas Baulärm, für den die Vermieter aber nichts können.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben in dem Haus zu acht gewohnt. Das Haus wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Alles was ein Haushalt braucht würde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kaffeemaschine war leider defekt, was immer zu Rausspringen der Sicherung führte. Wir haben 7 Tage dort gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ferienhaus ist okay

leider wurde auf dem Nachbargrundstück gebaut (Bagger, Presslufthammer usw.). Ab 7:00 Uhr bis 20:30 Uhr am Abend. grillen und ruhen unmöglich....Frechheit. So etwas weiß man im Vorfeld... Helmut Heinz
