Hotel was great, staff really friendly and rooms clean and efficient. Balcony was great for some outdoor space. Only downside was the breakfast offering was very repetitive and the English TV channels on the TV didn’t work! Otherwise, a great hotel.

Lovely staying

Room 532 having amazing views. Huge selection of food for breakfast and better than other hotels in Can Picafort. Staff were very friendly, worth the visit. Highly recommend

Wonderful hotel with a great breakfast. perfectly located near the beach and lots of restaurants/shopping. Parking was a bit tricky if you have a car but would still highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back soon!

Great high standard one expects at BQ hotels. Very warm reception staff. Great food. Beach and restaurants close by. Good internet. Fridge in room. Aldi nearby. Nice pathways along beachfront where pedestrians, runners, cyclists tourists and locals all rub along nicely. Beachfront market on Fridays. A lovely safe family orientated holiday spot. Good mix of Brits, Germans, French and Scandi. Highly recommend,mend. Also Tif buses are brill to hop from place to place, Arta, Pollensa or Alcudia close by. But there is enough in CP to keep one amused.

Awful hotel! This is not a 4 star hotel: total lack of hygiene in the restaurant, really poor food quality and variety, unhelpful and quite rude staff (specially Toni who runs the restaurant, he’s very rude, aggressive and extremely unhelpful), very small rooms and balconies, very noisy (traffic) and one of the pools is in a separate building. We checked out 4 days earlier, we would have checked out after the first day but all hotels in the area were fully booked the first week of August. The only good things to highlight about this hotel are: Xisca working in the reception, (she’s professional, helpful and nice) and the proximity to the beach. The staff is the biggest asset of this hotel; they are all a bunch of stars. The hotel itself is nice; air con need replacement, is not strong enough at +30 degrees. The food is ok but being 2021 they should consider better and more vegetarian options; salads and desserts are fantastic though. They should also let people know what areas are momentary closed due COVID (second pool, spa, etc)

Very good breakfast and good location

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. There is a nice pool outside but I didn't ed as I preferred the beach. Good breakfast, in particular the omelette a la carte. Convient location, just 1 block to the beach and to the nightlife area

Good hotel, if you don't need the internet to work

Hotel was pretty good, excellent location, good breakfast, and we enjoyed the pool as well. The only problem we had was with the internet, as I had a work meeting on Zoom and the hotel's connection was not good enough to support it, neither in the bedroom or in the library, where the staff on the reception told me to try it when I spoke to them.
