Country House 'Punyetes' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Near the beach of Son Serra de Marina and the village of Santa Margalida in eastern Mallorca, the eco-friendly country house Can Punyetes sits on a 7,500 m² plot. It’s an ideal base for kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing, hiking or cycling.



The house combines rural charm with modern comfort and, thanks to its natural setting, offers a peaceful, private atmosphere. All on one level and 110 m², you’ll find a cozy living-dining room with fireplace and pellet stove, high beamed ceilings, an open, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds), and 1 bathroom—perfect for 5 guests.



Wi-Fi, board games, a baby cot and high chair are included.



Outdoors, there’s a covered terrace with seating and dining area, barbecue in the outdoor kitchen, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The private pool (7 x 3 m) with open views is available from May to October.



The area is very quiet. In Santa Margalida (6 km, 10 min by car) you’ll find shops, restaurants and bars. The Bay of Alcúdia with its long sandy beach is 11 km (14 min) away.



Parking is available on the property. The house has solar panels for electricity and hot water, as well as fans in all rooms to keep it pleasantly cool in summer.



Two well-cared-for house cats live on the property. They must always stay outside, as required by the owners. They have their own area and do not enter the house. The cats appreciate some attention and occasional feeding. Feeding them with the provided food is, of course, voluntary.
