The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a standard double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and another with two single beds, both with wardrobes and fans for your comfort. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with television and WiFi, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or excursions.



Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on your large 20 m² private terrace, equipped with two hammocks, perfect for sunbathing or dining outdoors. The independent kitchen features a gas stove, filter coffee maker, toaster, complete kitchenware and everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.



The complete bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and hair dryer, and you also have a washing machine for longer stays. Crib and high chair available upon request, which makes this apartment an excellent option for families with small children.



In just 10 minutes by car you can reach Can Picafort, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. You will also be close to activities such as horseback riding at Rancho Grande or cultural visits to the charming old towns of Alcúdia and Pollença.



Muro Beach, known for its family-friendly atmosphere, crystal-clear waters, and golden sand, is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the sea. Parking is free on the street (not private).

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.



As required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. We will send you a link before your arrival to register.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season (May to October) and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season (November to April). From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half (during high season).



The deposit will be retained through a credit card and the customer will have to provide their information through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.
