The accommodations were fantastic and convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches for walking. The staff at the accommodation complex were welcoming and attentive to any issues and the representative from My Huatulco Vacations, Soloman, was exceptional and very responsive to all questions and receptive to all input. As first guests in this brand new accommodation there were some things that could be tweaked for future guests and he made note of any ideas provided.

The main thing to be aware of is the loud noise consistent from street and building construction phase 2 . Never stops. Location good so that’s the trade off. Need an under sink water purifier or at least provide a jug with water pump. Lifting giant water jug from hallway to counter top and pouring was very hard. Could pull a muscle out of back or shoulder.

There was not a barbecue on site as the VRBO listing had indicated. We did not have enough pool towels and kitchen dish towels. We had to request a broom. The location was convenient but there was a lot of busy vehicle traffic through all hours of the day. Tour bus drivers ran their engines continuously across from our balcony in the early morning and evening. It was very loud and difficult to sleep. Toilet seat needed to be tightened. There was a lot of construction next door which was very loud. However, the listing had mentioned that. Just didn’t realize how loud it would be—right by the pool. Lovely condo. The property manager and our VRBO contact were amazing.
