To accommodate a 5th guest, a third bedroom with full ensuite bath is available for an additional fee. • 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
• Reservations must be booked & paid for within 7 days of arrival

The villa’s private pool is fully operational and ready for use but is missing some tiles; cosmetic tile repairs are scheduled for May 2026, and rates have been adjusted accordingly in the meantime.
