El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones estan limpias, con buena entrada de aire y anti olores, las habitaciones con colchones cómodos, buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, velocidad de internet rapida, la alberca en la terraza es increíble, se puede ver el atardecer muy bonito desde ahi. Se hace limpieza de la habitacion diario y nunca fallo el sistema de agua. El único pero es la acustica, muchas veces se puede oir el ruido de los pasillos o de las habitaciones, de ahi en fuera un gran hotel con un enorme potencial, por sus instalaciones y su ubicacion cerca a la playa

This is a new property that is not completed in terms of services, property management, room furnishing completion and following through with commitments. They need to discount their rate as there are lots of alternative properties in Mazunte that give you what they promise for what they are charging (we were paying full price). We were constantly asking for things - more towels, a chair for the room, a place to hang items, get this - a mirror for the bathroom??? and yet after I spoke with the owner and he agreed to refund one day of a 4 day stay for all the issues the manager the next day said it was not a refund but a credit of a free day which was an insult since we were going to Oaxaca the next day and they knew that. Pick another property for your stay until these guys, hopefully, get their act together. Not an enjoyable stay!!
This the small pool where you have to jump in and swim across to the ladder to access the lounge chairs??? Staff didn't turn on power to the area for lights and outlets until I asked. Crazy!
