Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I reserved the place for a week but only stayed for one night. When I landed at 10 PM, I received a message from the host stating that he had to move us to another apartment due to a water leak in the one we booked.
Upon arriving at the new apartment, we couldn't enter because the cleaner forgot to leave the key, so we had to wait outside until the cleaner returned.
The apartment we were moved to was similar to the one I originally booked, but it was in much worse condition. We wanted to give it a chance, but unfortunately, there was a toilet leak that needed to be repaired while we were staying there.
While the host was friendly and tried to accommodate us, the entire process was too much of a hassle. The apartment was not in good condition and not worth the money we spent. I'm still waiting for a refund from the host.
