From the moment we arrived, staff went out of their way to made us feel welcomed. The bar, the restaurant, the gym/spa staff were just as welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were amazing, with large and very comfortable beds. We could hear some (minimal) of the street noise at night but that didn’t spoil our rest. The hotel is very clean. The area around was safe to walk and with plenty of bars and restaurants, we didn’t need to use taxis or the underground at all.

In the Las Condes business district so a little far from old town Santiago. But a lively area with shops, restaurants and nice residential neighborhoods. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious, and there was a good breakfast served every morning. First time in my experience that I could shower and freshen up in the gym facilities before I could even check in to my room! Nice touch.

I will stay at this hotel again if i go back to Santiago. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especial Alejandro from front office. He made extra effort to help us resolved the issue with VAT at their restaurant. Matias and Felipe were so helpful giving suggestions and recommendations about places to eat and how to go around Santiago. The hotel staff really made us felt like home while we stayed there.
