Not completely an apart-hotel and loud area

The hotel was certainly cheap But it was advertised as an “apart-hotel”, which usually means it has some sort of kitchen facility but this one was a regular double room with only a minibar. The hotel is very dated and the local area is really loud as it is surrounded by bars open late and with very loud music playing until 1-2 AM. If you are in santiago in business this is definitely not for you. Other guests were very loud as well and we couldn’t sleep well any of the three nights we spent there. The rate was very low and non-refundable so we paid the price for that

Room very worn out. Staff very friendly and they speak English. Clean. nice restaurants around. The park and river are right there. Safe. Nice for walking around. Easy walk to the business district.

Rooms were nice with better than expected conveniences and location was excellent - walking distance to subway, mall and lots of restaurants.

Old, dirty walls, the elevators dont work properly, the bed cover was burned with a cigarette. The hotel is not what it used to be.

Pre-Cruise vacation stay in Santiago.

Friendly front desk service with English speaking staff. Provides good shuttle service to airport at a reasonable cost. Close to Metro and shoppings.
