Boa localização, seguro, bom café da manhã. Achei a cama muito mole e os travesseiros muito altos. Local limpo, só faço um porém, quanto ao serviço de camareira, que em todos os dias só foi realizado na parte da tarde e por duas vezes retornei dos meus passeios e o quarta não estava pronto.

The reception and service were outstanding. The location is is in a comfortable neighbourhood and the setting for breakfast is a good place to start the day. One thing about our room, though, was rather odd: the electrical sockets were inconveniently placed, requiring one to get down on the floor to plug in or inconveniently locsted for udimg the coffee maker.

O Hotel é muito agradável e limpo e a estadia foi muito boa. Gostaria, no entanto, de fazer algumas observações: O banheiro deixa a desejar quanto ao quesito segurança: o chuveiro está sobre a banheira, que fica escorregadia quando usada, minha filha e eu escorregamos e nos machucamos. Além disso, existe uma porta de vidro na saída da banheira para evitar que a água molhe o banheiro, talvez fosse interessante substituir por um material menos perigoso… O piso do banheiro é de porcelanato polido, que também fica muito liso quando molhado, pessoas com mais idade e menos reflexos podem se machucar seriamente. O café da manhã foi muito bom no início, mas foi piorando com o passar dos dias, talvez pela quantidade de hóspedes, já que pude perceber que o café é servido para hospedes de 3 hotéis diferentes. A limpeza foi feita todos os dias, exceto no dia 31 de Dez, nossa última noite no hotel. Apesar do que mencionei, foi uma boa escolha para nossa estadia e voltaríamos com certeza, mas da próxima tomando cuidado com o banheiro desde o primeiro dia.

Roubo no quarto

O hotel é bom, bem localizado, bom café da manhã, boas instalações e funcionários atenciosos, porém, como eu tinha duas reservas precisei trocar de quarto no meio da estadia e acabei esquecendo algumas peças de roupa no armário do primeiro quarto, no final do dia lembrei e acionei a recepção para que pudesse verificar se algo foi encontrado na limpeza e informado a administração, no entanto, nada foi informado a administração, retornei ao quarto e as roupas não estavam mais lá. Solicitei que fossem verificadas as câmeras, as mesmas foram verificadas, a camareira entrevistada e nada encontrado, permaneci por mais dois dias no hotel e o único retorno que deram é que não poderiam fazer mais nada, que a investigação havia sido feita e nada de incomum encontrado. Ter seus pertences roubados dentro de um hotel e não ser ressarcida por isso é um absurdo, apesar de um bom hotel, a falta de confiança nos funcionários da limpeza e o descaso com o o ocorrido deixou uma péssima impressão e uma experiência terrível.
