Disliked: Cleanliness
Multi apartments in one house. Was left in an uncomfortable situation for safety. As one of the tenants makes it awful. Yelling screaming at night from 12-3am. Shouting I will kill you. Let me in. For 15 minutes. Multiple nights. Cops called. Owner said she was stuck. Reminds me of the move Pacific Heights. Beware of the couple upstairs. As they are insane and violent. The wife beats on the door with her arms and feet. She looked like a meth addict. Tried to comfort the owner. As I we are both victims. The owner is sweet. Just had cons give them a 1 year lease. No stuck in Florida law. Protects crooks. They couple in question stays on the top floor and drives a 15-18 gray Hyundai Sonata.
