Lovely, spacious rental just as described.Very clean and up-to-date. Very reactive host, always got right back to us, which was really appreciated. Great, private outdoor area. Beach chairs available which was awesome. I would suggest adding beach towels. Parking is a bit tricky so we chose to park on street. Quiet, safe area. Lots of food, bars and shopping close by. Centrally located for highway access. Would highly RECOMMEND this place!

Very clean, new and updated. The owner does not return any messages until days later. Also this studio is lacking severely in supplies that a VRBO should offer. Example, one set of three dishes, no paper towels except an almost empty used roll. Three bath towels. No extra toilet paper, and only one extra kitchen garbage bag. No bathroom garbage bag. Beautiful backyard area and nice private entrance. I had to go shopping for the basic supplies an ordinary hotel room offers that this place doesn’t.
Less than half a roll of paper towels, and just a few napkins. It made it hard to clean. The one dishtowel helped.
Lacking in cups, dishes. If two ppl stayed here for as long as I did, it would be difficult to do dishes.
Empty cabinets everywhere that a few extra supplies might be nice.
