This spacious, ranch-style house has a split floor plan, with the primary bedroom and ensuite bath on one side of the living, dining and kitchen areas, and the other three bedrooms and bathroom tucked away on the opposite side of the house...perfect for visiting family or friends to join you for a portion of your vacation! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Two of the other three bedrooms offer queen beds, while the third offers a bunk bed with a twin on top and queen bed on the bottom.

In between the bedrooms you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room with a large smart-TV, and a dining room that seats six. Extend your gathering space just out the sliding doors in you'll lounge in a tropical oasis! The oversized screened patio offers generous seating with comfortable outdoor furniture set up for relaxing or visiting. Just beyond is the sparkling heated pool, complete with a pint-size shallow pool for the really little ones to splash in safety (children must never be left unattended, of course).

In the mood for something really yummy? Nearby restaurants span the gastronomic spectrum, from the 5-star rated Latin street food at the Screaming Goat Taqueria, to world-class Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, both just minutes away. Shopping opportunities abound at the intersections of Stickney Point Road, Gulf Gate Drive, and US Hwy 41, with loads more to be found just down the road at the Sarasota Square Mall. You'll also have easy access to I-75, which means it's an easy trip to the world of shopping options at University Town Center Mall. Downtown Sarasota and St. Armand's Circle are an easy trip as well.
