Escape to your ideal vacation retreat at this newly renovated, contemporary house in South Venice. Nestled just minutes from the South Venice Ferry, you'll enjoy exclusive access to a pristine private beach.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Shamrock Park is within biking distance, offering scenic trails leading to downtown Venice, the historic train station, and Caspersen Beach.

Inside, the house features a thoughtfully designed split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both recently remodeled. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and direct patio access, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful 11 day stay. Close to several beaches and shopping, in a quiet neighborhood, the home was clean and well-stocked. The pool is warm and a nice size, with nice night lighting, and the outdoor seating/grill/dining area is very comfortable. The ping pong table in the garage was a plus. Tom is very responsive to any concern. We would stay here again.

Home away from home

It was so easy to be here- first the house had everything as if you were at home. Second the location was central to everything! The owners communicated quickly.. there was a booklet with ideas of activities for you. The area is not super touristy, we went during July 4th and never waited more than 5 minutes to eat anywhere, parking was abundant, it was the perfect vacation for slowing down and soaking it in.

Time to celebrate and unplug

Great home for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday and recharge from the daily grind. The home was clean and well maintained. The outdoor space, heated pool, and outdoor lighting provided a relaxing area to enjoy each day. The location was a very short drive to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful time spent and would rent again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Despite a non-typical Florida weather experience for us as hurricane Milton approached, we enjoyed our stay at LemonTree. The house was clean and inviting. We were able to take long bike rides during the cloudy/rainy days on the Venetian Waterway Park Trail which led to the Legacy Trail which were near by. Also really enjoyed the heated pool at night. Really appreciated the accent lighting inside and outside the house. Very well done. The house had everything we needed for the beach as well. We would certainly recommend.

Family Vacation

My mother was having renovations done on her home so I wanted to find her a lovely place to stay near my house for a week. Im sp happy I decided upon the lemontree house. The home was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The pool area was gantastic and pretty much the focal point of our stay. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and sifters available which made our day at the beach memorable and comfortable. We really can't wait to schedule another stay. If you are on the fence book this home. You will not regret it.
