We stayed a little over 2 weeks. This was our second time in this building, location is perfect for those who want to be downtown and close to Lido.Amenities are great, beach chairs and umbrella provided which is a big plus! This unit was much better stocked with basic necessaries and appliances than our last one. Bed was ok, could use a rug underneath to prevent sliding. Regardless, We would stay again!

The property was very clean and had everything you will need. We were close to everything! The pool was beautiful and even on a busy day it was still a very relaxing feel. One of the most important things to me and my partner is comfort, the bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet that we always got a good nights sleep. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone!

Location location location.

This property fit our needs. The location was close to downtown restaurants and easy to get to UTC, beaches and Bradenton. Property overall was very clean. Our unit was exceptionally clean. Parking wasawesome.

Great Host

The unit was clean and comfortable, and it came with several very nice amenities. There are several nearby parks, but walking to them meant walking alongside US 41/Tamiami Trail for a bit which can be pretty noisy. Our host was super -- great communications, very accommodating, really looked out for us.

Perfect last minute pick!

We had to find something last minute due to a policy issue from a previous booking. Christopher was very responsive and accommodating. There were some technical issues with the actual booking but we were able to work that out prior to us leaving (that night!) Overall, the place was immaculate. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including laundry detergent, utensils, wifi, and even a cot for our 8 year old to hang out in the living area. Also, there is a storage area with an umbrella, two beach chairs, and a small sifter for kids to find shells/shark teeth. The room has a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The pool was very enjoyable and was never overcrowded. We were only a few blocks from downtown Sarasota. There is also a mexican restaurant right next door (Wicked Cantina). We enjoyed the Circus spectacular going on right now until Aug.12 at the Ringling Museum (a couple miles down the street). In addition, we toured the Ringling Museum, a must see. The only issue was the curtain in the only bedroom did not block out any morning light or the night light right outside. I would suggest hanging a black out curtain. Other than that, wonderful stay!!!!! Thank you Christopher for letting us stay at your place!!
