The home was well placed inside the resort, within walking distance to pool with restaurant and bar. All the resort amenities were included with the rental. Pool, hot tubs, pickle ball, and very nice mini golf. The walking paths by pond Ibis was very nice and well maintained with lots of bird viewing. There's even an Osprey nest in viewing distance while you're at the pool. Host Richard was VERY NICE and even went out of his way (3 hour round trip drive) to bring spare keys when we locked ourselves out of the rental. The people who worked at the resort were very nice and treated us well. Lots of friendly people there. Would definitely go back!

Snowbird accommodations

The owner was very quick to respond to questions we had. More communication on the “workings” of the property would have alleviated some concerns. The property is “dated” which was fine, but was not as clean as we would have expected. May want to follow up with the cleaning Service they have. The location is great to the amenities the resort offers. If the clientele for the property is elderly though, may want to consider updating the living room chairs. This was our first winter visit to Sarasota and it met our specific needs.

We loved being here! The house has everything for life: a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, a grill. The pool is within walking distance. The children were happy. We did not regret staying here.
