Great stay! Can’t get money back if you leave early… but they are very kind and compassionate even tho they have no control over refunds. Neighbor is very nice but likes things a certain way.

Good location and neighborhood with comfortable accommodations

This property served our needs well. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and proximity to Siesta Key, restaurants, and other conveniences. The home is not fancy, but comfortable with a good layout. The kitchen is a little cramped and dining could be improved, but was not a surprise as it is reflected in the photos. The only real request for improvement would be the lighting in the living and kitchen area along with a rear yard patio area. Property management was always responsive when needed, and we enjoyed meeting the owner when he came on an annual service call with air conditioning service company. Would definitely rent again.
