Welcome to Turtle House! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a pool is located in the heart of Sarasota. This home offers a spacious backyard for you to entertain the whole family! Located only 12 minutes from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach and another three minutes away is Siesta Key Village, which is known for its exquisite restaurants and endless activities!

Upon entering, you will find an open concept floor plan with plenty of natural light. There are gorgeous vinyl wood floors that run throughout the entire home. The living room has two large leather couches and is the perfect spot to relax after a day by the pool! Adjacent is the giant chef's kitchen that boasts gorgeous navy cabinets, with a stunning grey quartz countertop. The dining room has a darling chandelier with seating for up to six. Your spacious master suite awaits! This room has a king-size bed, a 42” Smart TV, and private access to the pool area. Attached is the spa-inspired master bath. There is a gorgeous dual vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a free-standing soaking tub that has gorgeous views of the pool and backyard! The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and offers plenty of space to kick back and unwind after a day of adventure. The second bathroom boasts a gorgeous vanity and a large shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two full-size beds with plenty of space for your personal belongings. Time to head outside! There is a couch that can accommodate up to four comfortably, along with four chaise lounges for you to soak up that Florida sunshine!

The large caged-in pool is rectangular shaped and has a gorgeous tile backsplash. In addition, there is an outdoor shower for you to rinse off before heading in/out! Through the screened door, you will find the newly and completely renovated back yard which has been professionally landscaped and includes, a fire pit surrounded by four Adirondack chairs, a corn hole set, and a hammock for your enjoyment. Just 7 miles from the world-famous St. Armand's Circle, which offers endless boutique shopping and dining experiences, or you can enjoy an array of artistic events in Downtown Sarasota, such as the Sarasota Opera, the Sarasota Orchestra, ballet, theatre, the infamous Ringling Art Museum, Maria Selby Botanical Gardens, and Marina Jacks for boat tours. If you love outdoor adventures, come get lost amid the labyrinth of mangrove tunnels and explore their unique ecosystem aboard a rented kayak or stand-up paddleboard in South Lido Beach Park, or hike the Northern Nature Trail. A perfect stay

Really great place to stay, location is perfect for trips downtown or to Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island is a short 45min drive away as well. The house is perfect with lots of beach equipment which was appreciated. We had a small issue with the heating in the pool which was resolved straight away.

The house was very updated and wonderfully set up with plenty of open area and room for the kids to run around. The landscaping was beautiful. The pool was very well-kept and clean and with all the trees and fencing, it was very private. Couldn't have asked for nicer.

The house is perfectly setup for a great time! We enjoyed how clean, well done the entire house is! Pool was perfect! Close to all the beaches we wanted to see from Anna Maria Island down through Siesta Key. Absolutely will reserve this vacation home again soon. Very nice place!!! All the needed items too from cooking utensils, pool gear, beach gear, and more! Thank you! Look forward to visiting again soon!

The place is beautiful and provided us with lots of space!

The pool is kept very clean and the backyard is nice as well as having activities to do at the house! Although, when we arrived at the house we did notice there was sand all over the blue couch. In the backyard two of the fans did not work when we tried to turn them on and the master bedroom gets pretty hot during the night. I will also say there was no stand up mirrors in the home.

Everything was great.

We had such an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The location truly couldn't have been better — it was close to the beaches, restaurants, and everything we needed, yet still felt peaceful and private. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made a huge difference after long days out exploring and enjoying the sun. It honestly felt like sleeping at home — maybe even better! One of our favorite parts was the yard and pool area. The outdoor space was beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. The pool was clean, refreshing, and such a great bonus for unwinding in the afternoons. The host's communication was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions we had, which made everything seamless and stress-free. Overall, this place checked every box for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Beautiful Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issue was they wanted to due maintenance on the home while we were there. They said on Tuesday, then Wednesday then finally done on Thursday. We felt like we had to wait for them to show up for 3 days.
