We stayed here as a family expecting a relaxing, comfortable getaway, but unfortunately were let down by the condition of our unit. Upon arrival the sofa was visibly dirty and stained, which immediately made the space feel unclean. A paper towel hanger was broken and unusable, which shows a lack of basic maintenance. Most concerning was the electric kettle: the inside was heavily soiled with residue and buildup (see photos) — this is not acceptable for something that’s supposed to be clean and ready for guest use. For a property marketed as “luxury” and at this price point, these cleanliness and maintenance issues are disappointing. The location and concept are great, but housekeeping and attention to detail need serious improvement. We shared this with staff and hope management will address these basics before future guests arrive.

Fun relaxing place friendly staff I will say plan accordingly on food. Their restaurant is not really a restaurant the options are really limited but the great thing is door dash and uber eats deliver there and it’s a good amount of restaurants not too far away.

This was our second time at Autocamp and we wanted to give it another shot because we feel like there is a lot of potential there and also because it is very dog friendly. The first time we went it was there first winter after opening and the heater in our room was not working and they upgraded us to another room that also did not have the heat working. They apologized and said they needed to further winterize the rooms. So we gave them another shot this year but at check in things already were not going well. Check in was late because apparently they had a big group that checked out that day and housekeeping was behind on getting the rooms ready. I was uneasy hearing that because I was scared that the rooms would not be properly cleaned since they were rushing to get it done and a lot of people were waiting to check in. When we got to the room everything seemed fine until we went to lay down in the bed and there was a hair under the pillow and what seemed like crumbs under the comforter all over the bed. Clearly the sheets had not been changed so I contacted the front desk for new bedding. When they came they only provided new pillows and two thick grey blankets, but no new bed lining. It was the middle of a very big snow storm so I felt bad making the housekeeping come back out into the snow to bring more bedding so we made due with the two grey blankets. The next day I went to the front desk to get the bedding, so this will be the last time visiting Autocamp.

Every time I'm looking for a quick, quiet getaway, this is my place. I love that my dog was able to join me and different types of camping rooms are available to choose from. I loved the space of the family cabin and the perfect size kitchen for our specific needs (morning coffee, late dinner), but unfortunately my bed had hair under the covers and my mom woke up with bites on her ankles. However, I will still choose Auto Camp as a getaway spot, I will just double check our room before agreeing to the room.

The common area of the AutoCamp is great, clean and spacious. Our cabin is much smaller than we expected. The bundle beds are very small, only good for kids. It is in the hall and face the bathroom.

No parking at the Airstream sites and no access to unload. Wonky wagons provided to lumber down a gravel path to the site. Took me 4 trips to unload my car . 2bundles of firewood

We enjoyed an overnight stay at this Air Stream when we visited Kaaterskill Falls for our anniversary. Clean & spacious bathroom, nice to be able to take a hot shower after a full day hike. Kitchenette well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dinnerware & utensils. Private picnic table & fire pit outside for campfire & cooking but you have to buy the firewood which wasn’t included in the resort fee. Had dinner at the clubhouse kitchen, burger was delicious. In the morning hiked the trail around the campground, very peaceful & quiet. Overall we had a memorable stay.
