Great stay. We arrived late to eat and have a none alcoholic drink at the outdoor bar/patio area and the staff let us come in and have something to eat and drink even though it was close to closing. Much appreciated.

If staying in Sault Ste. Marie, this is a must. Reasonable comfortable hotel with a fantastic restaurant and bar. I have stayed here many times, not a bad thing to say!

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Drive all day and they found out. My kids were able to stay in the pool a bit longer to burn off energy. Room was nice and very spacious. Parking was great. Only thing was no elevator to the 2nd floor which was fine. Breakfast was delicious. Will always recommend this hotel.

The service is really what sets this hotel apart. Stacey in the dining room is the kind of hard working, friendly staff every employer dreams of. She really impressed our group. The staff at the check in were patient and friendly with great instructions and tips for our stay. Maintenance rose the elevator with us and treated us like he was there for us! Remembered us later when we saw him again. This personal touch made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

I cancelled my reservation before 3 hotel time. was unable to get to Cannada no passport 8/7/ 2:45pm Cannada time on the app I called and talked to a man in the hotel I explained to him what happened he had an I don't care attitude 5:25 pm 8/12/2025 fla time, He didn't even offer me to talk to a manager And to top it off i was on my honney moon
