Staff was friendly upon entering. Room was comfortable and quiet. Easy to use public parking garage adjacent to the hotel for self parking. DIY smores kits available in the evening to use at the patio fire pit was a nice touch. Everything was walkable and easy to sight see on River Street a block away.

This place is a must. Well located in the historic district and conveniently located for all the must see sights. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was up to date and clean. Plenty of extras that come with the stay that put this location over the top. Just book it and forget it, they’ll do the rest!

The rooms fell like a home away from home. Great location, super friendly and accommodating staff. Love the gym, especially the working Peloton bikes.

The location was great and the hotel staff was very friendly, which I really appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with my stay because my room flooded when I tried to use the tub. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the soaking tub, as I’ve been training for a marathon and needed it to help ease my muscles. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it, which made my experience quite frustrating. The staff handled the situation kindly, but I expected better maintenance and at least offered a different room.

Room was amazing! In a great area for walking to restaurants etc. Room was a little noisy at night but ear plugs were supplied. We would definitely stay here again l.
