Staff was friendly upon entering. Room was comfortable and quiet. Easy to use public parking garage adjacent to the hotel for self parking. DIY smores kits available in the evening to use at the patio fire pit was a nice touch. Everything was walkable and easy to sight see on River Street a block away.

Room was super cute, property smelled amazing, parking was easy which is amazing for its downtown location. Bar was super fun, dinner was incredible - just a super fun impromptu stop on Christmas, can’t wait until next time!

Excellent service, clean room, nice amenities. Only thing to watch out for are rooms that overlook Ellis Square since there is a club (Eclipse) on the south side of the square that plays very loud music until 3am on the weekends.
