Extra: 1 Twin Rollaway stored in zippered case in master BR closet (Note: The roll-away is portable and weighs approximately 25 lbs. There is space in the larger bedrooms and the LR and DR to set-up the rollaway, but the smaller 3rd bedroom (called the 'trunk' room) is too small to accommodate.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen; spacious double parlor with living room, flat screen TV and DVD player and formal dining room that seats an additional 6 with 1 half bathroom downstairs. Enjoy the comfort of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Your party will have 2 reserved spaces behind the house for off-street, care-free parking! Additional vehicles can park free on the street.

Sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (a King bedroom, a Queen Master-Suite bedroom, and the tiny 3rd bedroom called the 'trunk room' with a Twin). There is a twin Rollaway-bed in the closet upstairs which can be placed in most any room in the home. (Please note the twin rollaway does not comfortably fit in the trunk room.)

We support Savannah's 'Good-Neighbor' Agreement: We love our guests and want them to have a fabulous time. It is important to note that in Downtown Savannah the homes are very close together and full time residents do live next to the vacation rental homes. In order to respect your neighbors we ask for 'quiet hours' after 9 pm. This simply means refrain from shouting, loud music, etc. Remember when you are on the porches and in the courtyard you can be heard very well by the surrounding residents.
