Beautiful Island Home

Our home is halfway between charming Historic Downtown Savannah and the fun beaches of Tybee Island, about 10 minutes either way. It is the perfect location if you are planning to visit SCAD, Savannah Film Festival, Savannah Music Festival, St. Patrick's Day, or any outstanding events that Savannah has to offer.
PLEASE NOTE. THE HOT TUB WILL NO LONGER BE A PART OF THIS LISTING EFFECTIVE MAY 1. 2026.
Nearby you will find grocery stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants for your convenience. On our tranquil neighborhood island, you can ride your bike or go on a stroll safely and secure, away from major traffic interference. Across the street is Turner's Creek, and the sunsets in the neighborhood are fantastic! Upon booking you will be required to sign and return the rental agreement/ contract prior to door code being sent.

All spaces are available except the garage, and two storage rooms on first floor. There is a video camera outside in front of the garage door and one outside by the yellow gate, in the back yard, and a video doorbell by the kitchen door, which are always on and always recording.

Partial privacy fence in back yard. Clothing is required when using the hot tub. Nudity is prohibited. Hot tub temperature is set to 102° and we ask you not adjust it.

AC is between 70° and 80°, and the heat is set between 65° and 78°. If you want it outside that range, let us know.

Please note, there is a Modern Day Carriage House on the back of the property and so there will be other STVR guests coming in and out of the back yard, using the gate next to the garage. They are not permitted to use the hot tub.

ATTENTION: We DO NOT allow anyone who resides within 45 miles of Savannah to reserve our place.

Excellent stay once again

This was the second time we stayed at the property. It is close enough to Savannah to be convenient, and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.

We had the BEST time staying here for our first time visiting Savannah. This house is located is a quiet neighborhood and almost right in the middle of Tybee Island and downtown Savannah. The commute to everything is so quick and easy and was the perfect place for us to stay with our family. The hot tub was a nice added bonus! We enjoyed our stay at your home. It worked well for all of us including our granddaughter. Close to my family who also lives on the island. Nice location between the city and the ocean.

Beautiful home with awesome hosts! The hot tub was great, the beds were comfortable, as was the entire home. A short drive to downtown Savannah and we enjoyed our stay very much. We could have used more towels, (at least two per person) but it was a minor inconvenience.

The home was everything my family needed! Just missing a few small amenities- cooking oil/cooking spray and listed laundry detergent, small inconveniences. Overall, great experience and great location for both Savannah and Tybee Island!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood not far from town or the beaches. The house is set up very well it is homely to say the least. Great property manager very responsive and kind. Honestly couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Would definitely go back again.

Quiet neighborhood

It’s a lovely home with a great backyard. Has a swimming pool and hot tube. It’s only 10 minutes from the beach. There is a small place in the backyard they rent out as well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
