• We’ve recently opened a brand-new kitchen on the main level of the property, fully equipped with a gas stove and high-end appliances — including All-Clad cookware, a Vitamix, KitchenAid mixer, and top-of-the-line Samsung refrigerator with ice maker.
• The space includes a dining table and seating area, perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, or casual work sessions.
• The kitchen is open to all guests on the property, but if you prefer complete privacy, you’re welcome to reserve a time slot. In reality, guests rarely overlap — everyone naturally uses the space at different times.

Free Parking:
• Complimentary parking behind the property (transitioning to first-come, first-serve soon to allow for expanded outdoor entertaining area)
• Alternatively, paid street and garage parking nearby ($1.5 per hour, free from 8p-8a).
• Tesla EV charger available at no cost
• If you need help moving your car for any reason and we’re around, a staff member would be happy to park it for you. No job is too small for us!

• Our pricing is designed to be clear and flexible:
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests, with additional guests ($50 per person/per day) added as needed.
- Weekend and holiday nights reflect higher demand, while weekday stays may include preferred pricing or added-value nights.
- For celebrations and gatherings, a single flat event fee covers preparation and exclusive use of the grounds. A separate event agreement will be provided to ensure clarity and a seamless experience
- Pets are welcome at $40 per pet, per day.
