Chic Coastal Row House Near Fountain at Forsyth by Lucky Savannah

Guests looking for a modern, comfortable stay amongst the 100-year-old oak trees will not be disappointed with 320 Hall. Newly built just two blocks East of Forsyth Park, this three-bedroom row house has every modern amenity desirable for a comfortable stay.

Just off the cobblestone-paved East Hall Street, 320 East is situated amongst a row of newly constructed town homes. After parking your vehicle safely and securely towards the back, guests enter into the wide open living area. With ample seating for the whole family and a smartTV, the living room is your cool end-of-day hang out.

Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms. The first is the primary bedroom with King size bed and en suite bath. Guests will enjoy the long double vanity with adjacent walk-in shower, all fit with basketweave marble tile floors and modern light fixtures.

The second guest room features a Queen size bed and hanging closet, while the third has two bunk beds: the first with two Twins, and the second with a Twin and bottom Full. Kitchen / dining area was very spacious and well-appointed. The gated parking area was also a big plus. It’s super convenient to Forsyth Park and some restaurants, although most of our dinners were at least a 20 minute walk. Everything in the home was very clean, the communication and check in from the host was clear and on-point, and overall our stay was very pleasant. If you’ve got 4-6 people and want a comfortable stay in Savannah, this spot will definitely fit the bill.

Fantastic location and house

This property was perfect for our family of three to enjoy Savannah. It is wonderfully located in the historic district and right across from Kroger. The property was clean and the rental company Lucky was excellent to work with. The only thing I would recommend is some new furniture in the living room. It is quite worn and not very comfortable. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend!
