Have the city's most sought-after attractions at your finger tips without sacrificing a restful vacation. This three-bedroom charmer has ample sleeping arrangements to host the entire family and features a private courtyard with propane grill.

Catch up with good friends and family on the main floor. The living room boasts 15ft ceilings and two crushed velvet sofas to watch the game on. One sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate an additional two guests. A full bath is conveniently located behind the stairwell on the first floor.

A formal dining room adjacent to the recently renovated kitchen makes preparing a meal a breeze. End the night with a glass of wine in the private courtyard just behind the home.

Upstairs, you'll find all three guest rooms. One acts as a primary with a NEW Queen Beauty Rest Pressure Smart bed and en suite bath. The washer and dryer can be found in this bath - ideal for families or extended stays. A second guest room faces Washington Square and has a NEW King Beauty Rest Pressure Smart bed. The second bedroom and the cozy third bedroom with a twin trundle share a full bath at the end of the hall.

Washington Square acts as a serene oasis just nearby the hub of bustling downtown. Guests are only a short walking distance away from the Riverfront, City Market, and most of downtown's shopping and dining options. Bring the whole family and enjoy your time in beautiful Savannah!

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Overall, it was a very good stay. The only issues we had were personal opinions, not actual issues. We would have preferred curtains on the ground floor that weren't as transparent. And the couches downstairs were uncomfortable. Last is parking is a pain but that is beyond the host's control. Otherwise, its a great location, very beautiful, the house was warm and cozy, and we enjoyed our stay in Savannah.

Historic home, great stay.

We were here for a family birthday celebration. The house was as described and very nice. Good location.Only issues were the beds weren't very comfortable - hard but not terrible. The showers were either very hot or very cold - couldn't find a comfortable middle ground. The living room TV is too small - in our opinion.The check-in process was easy. Lucky Sav. was always prompt in answering questions. Enjoyable stay.

We we’re on a girls trip. The location was perfect and an easy walk to everywhere you’d want to go. The check-in and checkout processes we’re super easy. I sent the property manager a few messages and was responded to in a timely manner. Overall, it was a great day and we would definitely come back

Charming home

The house is adorable and added to the charm of staying in Savannah. It was perfect with Washington Square right out the front door. I worked with a local photographer and we had family pictures taken in the park. Easy access to walk to the river front and to Broughton street. Parking was very easy. Highly recommend!

Amazing Home

We visited Savannah as a celebration for my husband’s retirement (also, our daughter lives in Savannah). I love the old historic homes there and this one being right on Washington square was amazing. This home is very nicely decorated and very spacious for being built in 1887. The kitchen was very well equipped. I brought some pans as I didn’t know what was there but didn’t have to use them. Again, not knowing what was there, I brought salt and pepper with us but didn’t need to. They had it! The location is great! We walked everywhere. This home is about 2 blocks from Bay St and about the same distance to Broughton St. We saw other posts regarding the mattresses and we figured out a solution. All you need to do is stay at your favorite pub (ours is Top Deck) for one more adult beverage. Problem solved.

Girls-get-away

Great location for a girls-get-away. Enjoyed sitting in the beautiful square across the street. Less traffic than some areas closer to the action, but walkable to everywhere. House was a relaxing place to gather. The 3 full bathrooms was very nice. We paid no attention to the ghost running about 😂 and would definitely return to this property.
