You can hear EVERYTHING!!! Walls are thin, when the door shuts it makes a loud noise! You can hear people across the hallway as if they were in your room! Requested a late check out the night before and was told it was fine then got a call at 11am the next morning asking me to be out by 11:15am or I would be charged additional money! Just terrible!

Fabulous hotel

This is a new hotel, very modern. We stayed in an accessible (no tub) room. It has a huge bathroom. 2 sinks with ample counter space. 2 sliding doors with big mirrors on the bedroom side. The bed was very comfy and warm. The window covering is electrically controlled - the controls are on the wall by the thermostat, front of the room. The only thing missing is a closet to hang coats. We will stay there again and heartily recommend it. Sai at the front desk is especially nice.
