The hotel had us booked the weekend and not tell us. The pool was not working. We attempted to cancel and get our money back. But they charged us anyway.

We were unaware of the renovations upon booking, but much effort was made to avoid any problems by staff….Upon arrival the desk clerk was a bit standoffish and not very friendly, but did her job at any rate.

Nice stay

Even though the property is renovating, the service was amazing. I would recommend this location. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff made sure you felt comfortable.

Construction zone

The entire bottom floor was a construction zone with debris everywhere inside and outside the property. Floors 2-6 were fine and the room was acceptable but I was not advised that the hotel was being renovated when I made the reservation. I would NOT have booked a reservation had I known!!
