Staff. The woman who checked us in was not the least bit friendly. No smiles, no hello. We did not feel welcome. A terrible way to start our stay. She was there again this morning. She acted the exact same way. I am very surprised that your hotel is ok with this. We are travelers. This would keep us from returning

The room was clean, they were very polite when checking in. Great location in town. However- bathroom sink would not drain properly- it was kinda gross. Only option was valet which was very pricey- a bit overkill at nearly $50 per night. And when I asked about a late checkout- they said only for a fee. That is the first time (especially during slow season), I’ve ever been asked to pay a fee. Most times, it’s been a courtesy if available. It’s not ideal when you get charged a full day but can’t check in these days until 3/4 PM, to then feel like you’re nickeled and dimed.

Room was clean. Hotel staff was very friendly. My only real complaint is the parking. $48 a day for “protected” valet parking is ridiculous to me. I found my vehicle parked outside across the street early one morning. That’s not protected.
