ASK ABOUT OUR INTRODUCTORY RATES!
Nestled in the heart of Savannah, Perry Lane offers an unparalleled experience at this Historic building, a residence with a rich and storied past. This elegant building, steeped in history, stands as a witness to the city's evolution and as a testament to Savannah’s early adoption of innovation. A pivotal moment in the house's history occurred in 1904 when T.A. Bryson erected the T.A. Bryson Automotive Garage Showroom and Automobile Repair, a visionary establishment that foreshadowed Savannah's enthusiastic embrace of automobile technology. Today, this iconic building has now been transformed into Vacation Homes. Our Packard, Chalmers, and Franklin vacation rentals offer a unique opportunity to not only stay in history but to create your narrative within it. Welcome to a legacy of luxury and a stay that transcends the ordinary!

The Packard unit invites you to immerse yourself in the pioneering spirit of the early 1900s, echoing the elegance and innovation associated with the Packard Motor Car legacy. Chalmers, another facet of the Historic House, pays homage to a bygone era, allowing guests to experience the charm and sophistication reminiscent of the Chalmers Motor Company. Meanwhile, the Franklin unit blends history and modern luxury, creating a unique haven that transcends time.

Just steps away from the square where Forrest Gump famously waited on the bus, Perry Lane invites you to stroll through the iconic scenes of cinematic history. The convenience of being situated in such a central location means you won't need a car to explore the city's vibrant atmosphere and charming streets.

If you do happen to have a car, enjoy the luxury of hassle-free parking with the convenience of underground parking facilities. Whether you're exploring the city or returning from a day of adventures, your vehicle will be securely accommodated. Each residence is equipped with its own washer and dryer, ensuring convenience and practicality for every resident.

Ascend to new heights as you discover the rooftop garden, a tranquil oasis with an outdoor fireplace that provides the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Revel in the views of Savannah while enjoying the company of fellow residents around the large-screen communal TV or savoring a delicious barbecue prepared on the rooftop grill.

Perry Lane offers not just a place to stay but an immersive journey through history, luxury, and modern amenities in the heart of Savannah. Let’s explore.

What does parking look like for these homes?
Our commitment to your convenience extends to our secure underground parking garage. As you arrive, you'll find a discreet entrance leading you down to a meticulously maintained and well-lit parking area, ensuring a stress-free experience for guests with vehicles.

We are a group of 9 couples from college that have gathered each year for over 40 years. We were all in agreement that this property and location was one of the top destinations. This house is beautiful, spacious, and fully appointed for guest comfort for a large group. We highly recommend this property.

Our stay was amazing! We rented the entire building and it exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for a large girl getaway/bachelorette trip for 13 girls. We really loved the large rooftop. I would highly recommend this house. It is also very walkable to downtown.

Best VRBO So Far

We have stayed in many VRBO’s as a family (18 people) and this time was for a SCAD graduation and the consensus was the best property so far! Everything is as great as the photos. Couldn’t be in a better location and the management team couldn’t have been more accommodating. Can’t even describe how great the rooftop terrace was.

Perfect location. Beautiful interiors. Rooftop made it special.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You never know what you are going to get in a VRBO and most of the time, they meet your expectations. Although this was expensive, it was well worth the price and exceeded expectations. From early communication to the rich amenities, and great location, we could have not been more pleased.

New historic Savannah property

Excellent location in the heart of the historic area of Savannah. It is walking distance to many museums, restaurants, etc. It has a lot of extras included such as a great rooftop garden with Napoleon grill and kitchenette. Spacious kitchens and living areas. We rented all 3 units for a big family vacation. The underground garage is a tight area to maneuver. The height of the ceiling on the ramp was too low for an SUV so we had to park it at the liberty street garage which is close by.
