Broughton Townhome E is located on the west end of Broughton Street at the North side of Savannah's famed Historic District. Right outside the door are hundreds of options for unique local shopping, world class restaurants, tours, museums, funky Savannah bars, and so much to do. Or, stay in and enjoy the sunny and airy private roof deck perfect for mornings with coffee and evening cocktails!

Broughton Townhome E is a 2-story townhome taking up the second and third floor of a historic downtown building. The building and area are packed with amenities and the home sleeps a crowd.

Upon entering the unit via the second floor vestibule, you're greeted by lofty ceilings in every bedroom and the living area with windows peering out onto active Broughton Street. This is truly the space to be in the middle of it all and unwind in sultry Savannah. The primary suite on this level has a king bed, plenty of clothing storage, and a private en-suite bathroom. Forward of the primary suite is the main entertaining area with high-end fully-stocked kitchen, another full bath, breakfast bar and dining area, and large living room with huge TV and windows overlooking Broughton Street.

Upstairs on the third floor, you'll find bedroom suite 2 in the front with 2 queen beds, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and large en-suite full bathroom with double vanities. Towards the back of the 3rd floor you'll find bedroom suite 3. This bedroom features sleeping for several kids or overflow sleeping for friends and family with 4 double beds total (2 sets of double over double bunks). This bedroom also has a large closet and a full en-suite bathroom. From this bedroom, you also access the large rooftop deck area with outdoor furniture to entertain, relax, and take in the beautiful Savannah weather.

In every unit, we provide freshly made beds with all-white linens, bathroom linens, bathroom soaps, hair dryers, irons and ironing board, and one pack and play. Our units are also equipped with fully stocked kitchens including dishware, glassware, cookware, cooking utensils, flatware, standard 14- cup drip style coffee makers, sugar, creamer, coffee, cooking oil spray, toaster, wine openers, cleaning spray, dishwasher pods, etc. There is in-unit laundry and we do provide laundry pods.
